This privacy policy is issued on behalf of the Moose Group so when we mention Moose, “we”, “our” or “us” in this policy we are referring to the relevant company in the Moose Group responsible for processing your data. We will let you know which entity will be the controller of your data when you purchase a product or service with us. Moose Toys Ltd is the data controller and is responsible for this website.

Collection of Personal Information

Cookies

When you interact with us on the internet, our system automatically sends you a ‘cookie’. A cookie is a small amount of information sent from a web server to your Device that enables your Device to be recognised. It is used to handle your internet sessions on that device and contains a unique identifier. We also use cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

Digital Advertising & Analytics

We may partner with ad networks and other ad serving providers (“Advertising Providers”) that serve ads on behalf of us and others on non-affiliated platforms. Some of those ads may be personalized, meaning that they are intended to be relevant to you based on information Advertising Providers collect about your use of the Website and other sites or apps over time, including information about relationships among different browsers and devices. This type of advertising is known as interest-based advertising.

  • professional or employment-related information;
  • inferences drawn from the above information about your predicted characteristics and preferences; and
  • other information about you that is linked to the personal information above.

We share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising purposes on certain of our websites but do not otherwise engage in “sales” of personal information as defined by state laws. Additionally, we do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16.

Categories of Sources. We collect personal information from the following categories of sources:

We share for a cross-context behavioral advertising purpose the categories of personal information designated above with advertising companies and networks and social networking companies.

Verification Process and Required Information. Note that we may need to request additional information from you to verify your identity or understand the scope of your request. You will not be required to create an account with us to submit a request or have it fulfilled. We will require you to provide, at a minimum, your name and phone number.

The PRIVO GDPRkids™ Privacy Assured Program supports child directed services known as Information Society Services under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to comply with the requirements of this legislation. It impacts any child directed service in an EU Member State and any service globally that collects and or processes the personal data of children and minors. There is no safe harbor for the GDPR to date, but to ensure this company’s services meet the program requirements, we conduct regular monitoring and consulting.
